Spryr Best Price Guarantee

You can claim and receive a refund for the difference if you happen to find your reservation cheaper on another website. You need to contact us within 7 days of booking your reservation through Spryr.com and you'll need to provide us with a link to the other option (website) which must be online and available to book when we check.


Our best price guarantee checklist

In order for the claim to be processed please review the checklist below and submit your request at [email protected]. The advertised property and accommodation on Spryr.com must be included in the Best Price Guarantee Program (Properties are identified with a Best Price Guarantee banner).

The option you found must be the same dates (check-in and check-out).

The option you found must be for the same property and accommodation type

The option you found must have the same cancellation policy and conditions (access levels, add-ons, parking, etc).

When is a claim disqualified?

  • - If the other option is on a website that doesn't reveal property details until after you successfully book (i.e you cannot select a room type and you are provided one only after you pay the booking fee).
  • - If the other option is part of a member's only loyalty or rewards programme. In a case where you get a reduced price from a property or other website as a reward for consecutive bookings (i.e get 50% discount after booking 3 times), a member's only portal (option is not available to the public), entering a discount coupon code, achieving a reduced rate due to accumulating a referral bonus, or by accepting marketing offers that alter the initially shown price (i.e subscribe now to achieve 5% discount on your next booking).
  • - If the other option comes from a website that does not provide you with instant booking confirmation but rather a reservation that is pending confirmation, or when payment is due upon departure.
